As part of the first-ever Leeds LitFest, we're screening Polterheist, the indie horror comedy set in Bradford that's been scooping awards at film festivals around the globe - 11 to date, including a best screenplay award. It was co-written by two of our members: director Dave Gilbank and the late Gemma Head, who also played a cameo role.

After the film, there will be a Q&A with Dave and another of his co-writers Paul Renhard. Get the insider info on how to make a low-budget film in Yorkshire and then win tons of awards!

Page to Stage comedy night

7.30pm @ Seven Arts, Chapel Allerton, LS7

Last autumn we lost a much-loved Script Yorkshire member, comedy writer and actor Gemma Head. We're dedicating our spring Page to Stage event to her and, as is only fitting, it's an evening of comedy writing by Script Yorkshire members, performed script in hand by professional actors.

See our Page to Stage page for more details.
