Redrafting workshop

11am to 4pm @ Northern Ballet

Hugely popular playwright Amanda Whittington will be letting us in on exactly how she approaches her rewrites.

Not one but FOUR of her scripts are on Nick Hern Books' Top 20 Most Performed Plays list, so her guidance is guaranteed to be golden!

See our workshops page for booking details.

Page to Stage comedy night

7.30pm @ Seven Arts, Chapel Allerton, LS7

Last autumn we lost a much-loved Script Yorkshire member, comedy writer and actor Gemma Head. We're dedicating our spring Page to Stage event to her and, as is only fitting, it's an evening of comedy writing by Script Yorkshire members, performed script in hand by professional actors.

See our Page to Stage page for more details.

"You find that plays, radio dramas, TV series and movies are written by people just like you. They fret, they struggle, occasionally triumph. They live in Yorkshire. They belong to Script Yorkshire."
